Ezbitez Terms of Service

1. Our Role

Ezbitez is an information platform. We:

- Provide diners with restaurant menus and ingredient information shared by participating restaurants.

- Help restaurants showcase their allergy-friendly practices.

We do not operate restaurants, prepare food, or guarantee the accuracy of menu or ingredient information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EzBitez. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Allergy & Health Disclaimer

Food allergies are serious and life-threatening. While EzBitez strives to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens or cross-contact risks.

- Information comes directly from restaurants.

- Menus and ingredients may change without notice.

- Restaurants may provide incomplete or inaccurate information.

You are solely responsible for confirming all allergy information directly with the restaurant before dining. Ezbitez is not liable for any adverse reactions, illness, injury, or damages arising from food consumed at participating or non-participating restaurants.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants that join EzBitez agree to:

- Provide full menus with ingredient lists to the best of their knowledge.

- Update menus when significant changes occur.

- Comply with all local health and safety laws.

Ezbitez does not independently verify menu accuracy.

5. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, truthful information.

- Keep your login credentials secure.

- Be responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or damage the Services.

- Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.

7. Intellectual Property

All EzBitez content (logos, mascots, branding, software, design, text, graphics) is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- The Services are provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE.'

- EzBitez disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

- EzBitez is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or reliance on restaurant-provided information.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EzBitez, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of the Services.

- Your reliance on information provided by EzBitez or restaurants.

- Any disputes with restaurants or other users.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
